I used points to purchase what I thought was added data for Canada

Turns out it is 1 G data for the USA. I don't need the USA I need Canada

just need to ask support to fix it.  They can reverse the transaction and leave the money in your account for you to re-buy

Open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@a86100 shouldn't be a problem to fix but you will need to connect with a CS agent as they will have access to your account. 

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
