What is the make and model of your phone?
Try resetting the Network settings on your phone to see if that helps.
You will need VoLTE to make or receive calls due to the 3G shutdown.
Your phone will also need to be on PM whitelist as well to work.
Here is more information on VoLTE so enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is VoLTE compatible:

If your the latest 2026 phone and the IMEI indicates that it is not compatible is because the whitelist has not been updated so contact a CS_Agent.

If it is a older phone that is not VoLTE compatible then you need to look for a newer model phone.
