Public Mobile system has no Family account concept, each account is independent. You have to open a brand new account with a unique email. You can use the same credit card to pay bills.

You cannot add another phone number to your existing account.
Wit PM one account can have only one phone number. No 'family' plans.

Public Mobile system has no Family account concept, each account is independent. So, use another email address to activate. Of course, get a sim card first (You can get it from local Telus or Koodo stores or Amazon). And remember to use your own referral code on this new activation.
