@Petertask   Do you mean you are making an international call from Canada, or you are in another country trying to make a phone call?  For calling from Canada to other countries the list of add-ons is here:

If you are in another country then Public Mobile has no service except in the US with a roaming add-on

@Petertask  Maybe first try to reboot the phone .if you have t already . Also ensure you got the correct add in for the country you want to call . If you picked wrong one by accident  . Ask support to reverse it for you 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
