Hi - we just purchased a US add on (with rewards) and it’s saying that it is incompatible with our subscription. We did the same this in December with no issues. Does anyone know how to fix this? If not, can we get our points back? thank you!

Did you maybe change to a plan that includes US roaming? Either that or I guess it's a bug in the system.
