My son registered his new sim card and its working fine but he's forgotten the email address he had at the time and now we can't access his account. Any ideas how to reset the account email address if we can't logon in the first place?

I have seen this question about lost email come up a few times. Can PM not put under teh sign in, forgot login? And then you would have to fill in alternate info and have it sent via text to your phone or something?
Also, how is it people forget the email they used? Honest question, do you have so many emails that you can not remember the one that you used to sign up?

@simonh7474, another way to get your email and password is via your web browser:
Chrome > Preferences > Autofill > Passwords
Firefox > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Logins & Passwords > Saved Logins
Safari > Preferences
Here you can see the email address and passwords too.

@simonh7474 if you can't find your son's PM welcome message, then contact the moderators directly through private message here and ask them for it.

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

@simonh7474 , there should have been a welcome email sent out upon successful activation. Check your email accounts to identify which one was used. Failing that, contact the moderator team as already suggested. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. @simonh7474 hi if you cant find your email you can contact a moderator bottom right corner ? they can help you ask simon to speak with moderator
