hi there, i have a problem and i m unable to submit a ticket thought i input all the filed and still cannot submit. I try to contact the online agent and he (to calos) said takes the sales and cannot fix my issue. so i have no way to solve my issue. Hope i can get the answer here.

I subsribe the new plan 3 days ago with a $5 sim card mail to my home. the payment was processed via my visa card but i still have not received my sim card. when i log in my account, the error is M8703. i cannot activate my profile,  I need the sim card for mobile service asap for work use.  can someone help me to fix my issue. thanks

Hi,

If you choose option to mail SIM card,  it's roughly 10 business days. 

If you want it quicker, you can check any Telus /Koodo/mobile Klink in your area if they sell and purchase for $10+.

If you have Amazon prime it's 2 business days delivery and $5.00+.

Message cs agents at the link below for any help with signing in and if they can credit you back if you purchase another one.
