tried activating my SIM, but I entered something wrong on the credit card info.
i cant sign in, i never got an email varification, and when i try to activate the SIM it says its invalid
now im stuck, how do i make the payment and get into the account?

@channabelles, the other previous session must still be alive on the server. It should time out eventually, at which point you can try again. The thing is we don't know how long it will take. Best bet is to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to do your activation. Click here to send them a private message.

@matbasm We tried activating it from another computer, and it said the SIM card number was used by another active session.

@channabelles, try clearing your browsers cache, and running the browser in privacy /incognito mode. Can also try another browser in privacy / incognito mode.
