@matbasm We tried activating it from another computer, and it said the SIM card number was used by another active session. 

Hi,  I tried activating my SIM, but I entered something wrong on the credit card info and I can no longer re-enter the information to activate the card.  How do I activate the SIM card?  Thank you!
