Hello,
So today I finally lost my TELUS service, which gave me hope thinking that perhaps the port had worked. However it has been almost 12 hours since I received an email from TELUS saying they had cancelled my service and still nothing on my new SIM. I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. @Mary_M, I've alreay messaged you about it, but if anyone else has any ideas, I'd be open to hearing them.

Sorry to hear that you've been off to a rough start - rest assured that I have escalated the port to our Tier 3 team which will have it completed within the next 72 hours.

You'll need some patience as coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST).

best bet is to private a mod @Shazia_K with your number, sim card number and a screenshot of your creditcard statement.

I inserted sim into my phone and I think it is reading it, I'm not sure, but it says "Emergency calls only" When I did my activation I got a pin text message on my old phone. Not sure if that means anything.

Yes, this happens from time to time. Insert the sim into your phone and see if you get any signal.
