Today I bought Public Mobile plan, the one for $65/month with 5G speeds.
I see on my credit card that I was billed the amount of $72.80, but when I download the Public Mobile app on my iPhone, it say "Subscription Not Activated, Something didn't go right while activating your subscription." And i’m stuck like this. What to do? I am getting eSIM

No concern regarding payment, just stating i was charged for it.
I entered all relevant info for porting process, carrier, IMEI, name, etc
Then it waited a couple min and then it did that error in the app.

@jamesg123 first, the amount charged was correct as it was $75+tax
for the app, you get passed the phone number choose or porting section and got that error?
With the error you got, you will need PM support to look into it further, please open ticket with support by direct message
