Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I've installed the SIM card, paid for the subscription and downloaded the public mobile app and followed instructions. When I get to step 4 finish activation , the 3 steps further down the page are all greyed out and I can't complete the subscription.

 

I've unisnalled and re-installed the app with no luck, sa
