I activate a new sim card with the wrong email. I don't have access to that email. how cancel the account and reactive the sim card again?

@lazimian if the activation went successfully, no need to cancel. Just open ticket with PM support to have them change the email address used on My Account
Please open ticket with then using Forgot Password type of ticket
