I forgot my old email which is what I used to open my Public mobile so I'm trying to change it but I can't find how to change that. I need help

So sorry but Public doesn't allow us to change the email for ourselves but I'm sure the service reps can do it quickly but you need to send a ticket through the chatbot.

@Sharlotte1972 Sorry, only PM support can help to change email address. Please open ticket with then using Forgot Password type of ticket
