Trying to port my number from Bell, the site will not accept any of the additional phone numbers which will not allow me to progress.

Which city is the phone phone number from? Not all phone numbers can be ported to Public Mobile.

Hello @brettswift ,
Were you trying to create a new phone number or port your Bell number?
You should be able to port the Bell number during the activation process.
If you did not go past the payment section wait 50 minutes then try again (since you may receive a SIM error message, if you try again too quickly).
Clear your browser's cache, open a tab in incognito mode, try not to use the back button during the activation, and see how you get along.

@brettswift , what format are you using to entering the phone number? It has been a while since I activated a new account. I think the entry has to be just the 10 digit number.

@brettswift :Can you be more specific about how far in the activation process you made it to? Are you on the first page that asks for SIM card and personal info etc?
