Account number is on the Profile page if you use the browser to access My Account, or Account page if you use the app
But if you have trouble logging in, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

On the APP go under your account. You will see it on the top left corner under your name. It's about 14 digits long.

Log into your account and then go here.

It's under Account Info. Just click on the "eye" and then click on the paper to copy.

Account number is in the Profile page on My Account (not that Community). It can also be found on the Account page on PM app
