Hi, I need my account number, I cannot log in as I do not know what email was used when I first registered, I have reset the password using sms code, but do no know the email

close all browser and tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode, then Reset Password
you will get verification code by SMS..

If you do not know email for signing in, what is the point resetting password?
You will have to contact agent to help you out or look at welcome email from PM when you signed up. Unless you have many different email...
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

Look around in all your email inboxes for a welcome email from when you signed up. Or other marketing emails from Public. The email address would be your login id email address.
The account number is embedded in that welcome email.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
