Hi My acccount is locked. I want to update my subscription. I need a better plan for myself. Can anyone help me here?

Hi @Kannamma 

I think what the issue is here is your browser cache. It's like memory of where you've been and sometimes this website and your cache butt heads. So try this. Wait 1 hour. Then open your browser and go to settings and clear the cache. Restart your browser and try to log in again with the last password you used. Let us know if that works.

I have service, but I cant see my account info in the app. my email and password dont match, I reset password many times, but still they dont match. I have to login to my account.

thank you for the message. I guess I logged about two months ago. But now, the problem is ...

1. my password doesnt work

2. So I reset the password

3. Now, it says the new password and the email doesnt match. 

4. I reset the password again and tried to login. The message "the new password and the email doesnt match" persists.

Hi @Kannamma 

Can you please confirm what you mean by locked out? For example, you tried logging in and your log in/password is incorrect? Or....    

The other question I would have is when was the last time you logged into the website?? As of March of this year it changed and everyone had to re sign up on the new site. That may be the issue.

@Kannamma  You have no service ? How long have you not had service ? If less than 90 days you can get payment vouchers and load them *611 resume service right away and worry about log in afterwards and update plan . If you can log in go to subscription add on page to change plan or get support to help you ,
