Hi
I have two PM accounts , one of the accounts is locked out , unable to get support
I need a way to unlock the account.
please help me

HI @para1v
PM has some cache issue. If you were using the PM app, try using the browser
if you were using browser, then use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@para1v , you may be able to bypass the lock out by using another browser and incognito mode. Give that a try.
