about my data usage

Hi:

Does my data usage new cycle is from today? I have 3 GB, and shows I used 1.8G, but today I didn't use any data.  See below:

PM updates you usage twice a day. At noon and midnight.

Renewals usually occur in a wee morning hours so you should be at 0.

Use computer, clear cache, try incognito mode.

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
