Greetings, I put my account on hold because I'm in the US and I have no network here. I even tried to change my subscription for a Canada-US one but I still wasn't getting network. I want to re-open my account before the 90 days expires but would like to get a cheaper one such as the Canada-wide with 1GB at 20$ per month but it's not available when I go in the section to change my subscription. Could anyone tell me why?
Thank you kindly,

Not very customer friendly of PM not to let clients have access to all options of subscriptions but oh well...Yeah I've been using WhatsApp, it's very helpful. Thanks!

You mentioned that even after changing to a Canada-US plan, you were not “getting network”. It should have worked as long as you enabled Data Roaming on your phone. In the US your phone will connect to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. (Roaming is included in the plan.)

It's not "impossible" to downgrade to a lower priced plan. While it's true that customers won't have access to all plans, the only thing that we know for sure is that this customer doesn't have the $20 plan available.

PM has made it impossible to downgrade from your current plan. You will need to login to your account on the PM app or on the website then go to Subscription>Manage Subscription> Change Subscription and it will list all plans you are eligible to switch to.
Meanwhile you can use WhatsApp or TextNow app for calling or texting when connected to wifi.
