about Subscription Cycle, please, need help!

Hello everyone, I am in Toronto.

My current subscription shows：
                                                           Sep 29, 2026 to Oct 29, 2026
                                                   Subscription will renew on Oct 29, 2026.

If I turn off auto-renewal before Oct 29 (Oct.27/28), will my current service (data and incoming/outgoing calls) remain active throughout Oct 29? Or will it stop at the start of Oct 29?

I need mobile data and calls until at least 4 PM on October 29. Then I'll be away for a few months.

I want to use my current plan for as long as I've paid for it without being charged for another 30-day cycle.

Has anyone experienced this?  Could anyone let me know exact time my service will end?

Once your regular plan is suspended due to non-pay...all features will stop too. You must have an active account. If you disable Subscribed on Oct 27...your plan will go in to Suspended due to non-pay on your next scheduled  renewal date. If renewal date is Oct 29...you won't have service at midnight EST on that date --> (11:59pm on Oct 28) 

Buying add-on minutes won't help as you need an active plan to be able to use those mins too.

if the cycle date is            Current Plan Cycle:  Sep 29, 2026 to Oct 29, 2026,  what it really meant is the cycle in fact goes from  Sep 29, 2026 to Oct 28, 2026  11:59 PM ET.

if you need data and calls until at least 4PM on Oct 29, you will need to let Public Mobile to renew the service midnight Oct 29, even you will be away for a few months after.

So if you leave the country for a few month, you can disable Autopay after the plan renewed on Oct 29.  That cycle will run tills Nov 27 11:59 PM ET, and the plan will suspend from Nov 28.  But remember, you only have 90 days (till Feb 26)  to come back and renew the plan or you will lose your phone number and account will be closed

if you disable Subscribed now, your next regular scheduled renewal will fail. You current plan will continue working until then. You then have 90 days grace in which to re-enable Subscribed and Resume service.
