If you live near a Walmart, London drugs or WOW mobile, go there to get your SIM and let them help you register.  You will get  a free SIM card, extra $25 credit (London drugs, Walmart) or 2nd month free credit (WOW mobile), put in a friend referral at registration ($10 credit) and sign up for autopay (ongoing $2 monthly credit).

  • Did you try with/without space in the middle?
  • Is the billing address you submitted the one on your credit card? Contact your bank to confirm.

Or you could just get a free SIM from a store. When in doubt, Ask a moderator.

Are you trying to put a blank space in for the middle of the postal code?  I believe that the payment system wants it without the space.  As for the zip code thing, I suspect that the software might have been programmed by an American company and Public Mobile probably just never had it customised for Canadian use.

To order a sim card online, Public Mobile does have the option for you to order using Paypal.  That will probably let you get around this wrong postal code error message that the Public Mobile website is giving you.  However, saying that, I'm not sure how well the billing system is going to handle your credit card if you try to use the same one to pay for your cellular service price plans.

Another options would be to purcahse and/or activate a sim card in store at Walmart, K Mobile, or WOW stores.

1.  Try a different credit card.

2.  Instead of ordering SIM card online and wait for a week to get the SIM card.  You can buy a PM SIM card from Walmart, London Drug or WOW Mobile.
