I am currently trying to order a SIM card, and every time I go to process my order, I get this message. "Zip code does not match billing address."
I have 100% imput the correct information so I dont know why I'm getting this error (I ordered from other sites the same day with no issues, plus I just know my address...)
I'd like to add that I am from Ontario, and I don't know why it's saying ZIP and not Postal Code.

@NDesai When I fill the form out, it says "Postal Code" over the box, yet when i process my order, the error says zip code. I dont know..

Tried both suggestions, cleared my cache and used the link provided. Still nothing... This is insane. 😕

Can you try @Luddite and @NDesai's suggestion? also, make sure that you manually change the province to the right one.

Just tried it without issue. Postal code automatically filled correctly after entering my street address.
Try clearing your browser cache, or a different browser.
Sre you attempting from a phone or computer?

It asks for Postal Code not ZIP and as you said, it shouldn't ask for ZIP.
Anyway, if you still can't order, let us know. PM staff will order one for you.

Did you try without space?
For me, it says Postal code not ZIP
