I'm looking at buying the Zenfone 3 Max. I was wondering if anyone has used it in the public Mobile Network? If so how is it?

I am using it right now and am currently having issues with receiving texts from people 90% of the time.

According to http://willmyphonework.net/ site, NA model is fully compatible with Public Mobile network and partially with other international models.
