Hi,
I have a Public Mobile Sim since the summers but I stopped using it since July 16th 2018. I want to reactivate it now. I used to have a plan $35 talk + text + 1gb data but now I want to reactivate with a changed plan which is $20 talk only. I clicked on change plan, chose the plan I wanted (ie $20 talk only) and made the appropriate payment to bring my balance to $20 but for some reason my account will not reactivate and I have been charged the money and my balance is $20. I get the following error after the payment goes through:
"Your Card registration has completed for the following card ***************, ****
Sorry, the payment has failed. Your account has not been reactivated. Please try again
Thanks! your account has been topped up. Your balance is now $20.00"
Please help me out with this ASAP, its urgent. Thanks in advance.

@arhamamir123 the talk and text plan is 25$ not 20.
You could simply activate on your current plan then futuredate the talk and text plan. Or as suggested wait till Mods reply

You cannot, currently, change the plan once your account has been suspended.
Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue along with your phone number and 4 digit PIN. If you’ve forgotten the PIN, provide any 3 of the following in your message: complete mailing address, email address, alternate phone number, last top up date & amount.
Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). Usually they answer within in a few hours, but can take a few days.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi (or on cellular data).
For immediate activation you would need to renew, and pay for, your existing plan.
