Hi all,
I've purchased the 3 month plan through promotion in November, early on everything seemed to be working well and I also had a US roaming addon as I'm on a trip and residing in US at the moment.
But since December 1st my account status was showing that it was expired and that the account is suspended due to insufficient funds although I had paid the 3 months fee when signing up, I waited a couple of days and PMed mary_m on dec 6th explaining the issue (after trying to use the email contact form which was broken) but have not heard any response since and the issue still exist.
Now my roaming addon is expired and I can not purchase a new one since my account status is suspended. I tried adding $5 to my account hoping it would fix the glitch but even after that it still shows 0.00 as my balance.

I can't use my phone at this point and it's obviously very frustrating, any help would be highly appreciated as I feel helpless with this problem.

@Saray_O are you able to have a look at this issue for @baha2r, please?  It's been a couple of weeks now.

hang in there. it took 3 days, but a (different) Mod did respond (even though the original message was "unread"). I lost cell service after the mod fixed it. I logged in here to find my account active. Power cycle phone, and all is well.

 

My account was restarted to boot, so bonus there.

Thanks for your response @Wa, but are you sure that's the right number? Because I received an automatic respose telling me my account was expired and I need to renew it by adding money or something like that, I didn't get an option to actually talk to someone or troubleshoot anything...
Can't believe how tedious solving this issue has gotten, the service is leaving me feel helpless and very dissatisfied...
