@OP and other North Americans, Why are north Americans so keen on buying phones from the cell phone provider they deal with.
The beauty and convenience of Sim Card phones is your options are endless. This is how the rest of the world operates. They get a Cell Plan with a Provider of there choice then they buy a cell phone else where.

Hello,
Though it would be easier if PM still had stores, the new reality is that all functions are by phone, web mail, and self-serve account.
If you are looking for a new phone, there is Staples, Future Shop, Best Buy, Costco and Walmart. There are also used phones sold directly by Telus online.
