I paid three times for this account and was never able to activate it. But you were able to withdrawn the paiement as you wishes. I tried to reach you but it was impossible. I have had to block my credit card to stop you from taking (rubbings) My money. I was loooking to report you to the CITC but did'nt want tto lose any more time. Please note that we are all members like you on this Community forum. To contact a CS_Agent you need to submit a ticket. Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket and then Contact.
PM is not for everyone since PM is an online and a self-service service. Also good knowledge of your phone operations. You should go with a more expensive second tier or top tier carrier that will offer calling customer service.
