Long time PM customer.

I received my promo text today and responded with stated response but do not see them applied to my account.

How long does it take for them to show on your account.

I have never had this problem in the past

Solved :

Had my messages forwarded to another number 

Once I replied from the correct # promo credits showed up immediately.

Should be a cache issue. Try Incognito mode.

Tried exactly as you mentioned, still not there .

Did it at noon today .

Never had this happen in the past .... Guess I'll keep waiting 

If not I'll open a ticket tmrw as you suggested

just to confirm, you were checking "Add-on Usage" section on the Dashboard page?

 

 it should be pretty instant, but I guess it is not this time

 

Wait until tomorrow morning, if it still not show up , open ticket with PM Support

try to login again using Incognito mode and see if you see the free add-ons there
