I thought I was paying for my subscription, but I ended up paying for a new one. I’m wondering how I go about getting a refund

@MrJames First check your CC is one charge just pending and the other has posted ? If both have posted then you need to verify with support for refund / credit
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

It's best to reach out to customer service by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner. Some have mentioned it doesn't always work. So here's the direct link just in case.
