Wrong number

I transferred my old phone number from Lucky mobile to Public mobile a month ago. And it worked properly until recently it changed to a different number. How do I change my number back to the one I want?

 I wouldn't suggest calling the porting department.  I don't even beleive that a Public Mobile customer support agent needs to be contacted.  By the time Public Mobile changes the phone numberr after porting failture, the original porting request would have been closed.  The porting department isn't able to iniate porting requests.

Public Mobile changes the number if the number porting was never properly completed.  Check if your Luck Mobile SIM card stil works. If your Lucky Mobile SIM card still work, start the number porting process again, but remember that the service at Lucky must still be actrive and a text message to approve the number transfer must be replied to, and the Lucky SIM card must be in your phone to do that.
