Wrong email during sign up.

Wal-Mart entered my wrong email and they can't change it. I can't log into self serve or community. Had to create an account using the email they entered to be able to contact public. Please help was so hard getting this far. Thank you.

@Majornc If you remember the 4 digit PIN you used to create the account this link will authenticate you to manage the account. If it succeeds immediately notifiy the moderators.

That is normal. Only registered members can use private messaging.

Thank you the link to mods works. For anyone else, when I didn't make an account/register to this community the link was not working. Might of been old links though.

@Majornc Be sure to ask the moderators to update BOTH your account username and account email address; during activation they are created at the same time but can be different.

To fix your account access, you'll have to contact the moderators and let them know of the incorrect e-mail.
Click this Moderator_Team link to send a private message for assistance. Include as much of the following account verification info as possible: e-mail address entered by Walmart, phone number, date of birth, PIN, billing address. Also give the e-mail address you want to have on the account.

As for your PM Community account, that is not automatically linked to your self-serve account, so you could simply create a community account using your correct e-mail. Eventually however, to earn community rewards properly, the e-mail addresses on the two accounts must match.
