I referred a friend to PM and on registration at Walmart a digit was missed on the email address. How can that be corrected? Thanks.

@medyz50 The problem here is the mistake email must be valid because otherwise it would come up as an invalid email address. Alternatively the pm email would come back undeliverable. You must submit a ticket to have the moderators fix this to be able to set up the self serve. If you were not given a print out of your set up its a bit of a guessing game but by a matter of elimination the error can be found. Seeing as the error was repeated when the email address was confirmed. Try changing each digit to the incorrect/correct one (there can't be that many?)And try to send an email to each one with a standard email briefly explaining your predicament. If you get a response that they received an email from pm then you at least can confirm the email address and get the code. You will still need the moderators to correct the mistake and send a new code. Then you can set up the self serve account correctly. Unless you have something pressing your account does not need to be set up immeadiately. I left mine for 2 weeks til I set it up.

If your friend does not receive the text on their phone,
go to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter "submit a ticket" and "contact us" to get started. Response time can vary from a few hours up to 2 days.

Try logging in with the wrong one, then if you make it in, change the email address

Im not sure if your e-mail matters for in-store activation.
Your friend can go here to create their self-serve account with the correct email.
As long as your friend used your referral code, you will receive the $1 referral credit every 30 days.
If there is a problem, your friend can contact Moderators by submitting a ticket.
Go to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter "submit a ticket" and "contact us" to get started. Response time can vary from a few hours up to 2 days.
