Set up an account for a friend in September 2017 and somehow maybe entered the wrong email address. Her credit expiry date was changed on her Visa and we are unable to get into her account to amend the date.
Her 90 day prepay is due now and unable to pay.
Question: how do we change her account to the right email address and set up a new password and then we can amend her credit card.
Thanks
Bill
