My cycle is 12 to 12 every month, from Sep. 12 to today (Sep. 17), usage record shows only 15.75MB was used, however from my account page, it says 137.84MB was used.
Where was the other 122.09MB data gone???

Your plan doesn't go from the 12th to the 12th every month as Public Mobile has never had monthly plans. Your plan has a duration of 30 days which means that the start and end date for each plan cycle can change. Depending on the timing and which days that the data was used on, this could explain the difference.

the PM usage might have added 100Mb usage as a start up cache usage, but that 100Mb won't cut down your actual usage data allowenace
but if you want to be clear, you need to ask PM to check (tagging the specific PM staff won't work)
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
