I am at home using home internet most of the time. Why my data usage up to 75% of my subscription in just one week. Was that something wrong on Public Mobile usage tracking?

That probably didn't happen. Public Mobile sent many erroneous messages to customers about data usage. @HKM It's not the usage tracking that there's a problem but it's a problem with the text messages getting sent when they shouldn't be.

Some phones have a setting to still use mobile data while on Wi-Fi. Maybe you can check your settings and if there is such a setting with your phone, try switching it.

there's been instances of incorrect info going to customers. Log in to your account > Usage Breakdown to see accurate info. Just ignore the sms.
