Wrong account set up

Hi public Mobile. I joined recently via Walmart. I wanted the 45$ promo plan but seem I got placed into the $10 plan (happened to my fiancee too) I know I can change the plan only but I'll loose the 10$ I I paid already. Any way of getting it corrected? The account was setup 5 days ago

Because of the situation and how recent you opened your account, the mods may be able to rectify this so you dont lose your $10, but check in with them.

Your best bet is to send a private message through this forum to Moderator_Team - but keep in mind that it may be up to 48 hours before you get a response. Include the account details for you and your fiancee in the initial message to make things move as fast as possible (names, phone numbers, account numbers, PINs).

 

If you signed up while the current $25 promo credit was being offered by Walmart, I'd make sure you point that out too so you can get that added to your account balance. And if you didn't have a referral on either account when you signed up, you could see if they'll put you down as your fiancee's referral (or vice versa), to make sure you get the Referral reward.

Other options are like you say lose the 10 dollars or if you can survive the month with your current plan just do a future dated plan change.

How long until they reply?:
