Wrong MEID

Hello, I think I made a typo for the MEID. I received a message from Public Mobile telling me they will contact me shortly but nothing. I tried the chatbot but it redirects to me submit a ticket with 404. I tried to clean the cache and it's still 404, what to do? I can't manage to contact the support.

better to use account number instead of IMEI/MEID

There is a number to call to talk to live support and provide them the account number back,   they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

@Greg22  Best to use old providers account number and ignore the IMEI . Will send you the porting team number private message and give the old provider account number and they can retrigger the port request for you . Check your community box for the number or use this link to the in box for number
