Has anyone else had trouble trying to access their account after being locked out.
I get to the confirmation code and resetting new password only to to bring me right back to step 1 and locked out for another hour.. I've been 24 and then some trying to regain access😞

you can use this libk to message Customer Support for their assistance. Give them your PM acct #, ph #, name on acct, PM pin #....

I have no issues login just now into the app or online.
You can contact an CS_Agent by submitting a ticket on the Chatbot to help you access your account.

Thank you for this suggestion but I don't have access to my laptop at the moment! But will keep this information for any future issues ☺️

try using laptop but use incognito mode. I use Firefox without any probs.
