I entered the wrong IMEI for an eSIM so didn’t receive. I accidentally entered the IMEI for my other phone number that’s attached to my physical SIM card. How do I fix this?

are you porting in a number from another provider?
it is actually best to use account number of the old provider instead of IMEI. There is a number to call to talk to live support and provide them the correct account number or IMEI. Then, they can re-trigger the porting process. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them in the morning and they will sort it out for you
