I need help in writing up a ticket because I am having difficulty with my account.

@RonaRobe   What kind of activities?  You meant some numbers you don't recognize on Usage history? Please note you might see number calling to voicemail on your Usage history.   Here is the list of possible numbers depends on your location and voicemail setup:

For the balance, how much is the difference?  duplicated charges ? or off by a little bit?  Please note PM My Account does not show any tax there but when they charge the credit card, they will add tax on top

Yes. So you have said. Did you ever have any luck contacting the CSA's? But alternatively, if you can post screenshots of the left side of your overview page and also the payment history from here (not payment card) and also click on Plan details and screenshot that below your phone number. Blank out any personal info of course.

 

I suspect the balance is the money you had added trying to buy roaming add-ons. But we can't verify that without pics.

 @RonaRobe : You have posted about a problem with roaming add-ons. Did you get that resolved? You have posted about some unknown activity on your account. Did you get that resolved?

You have been instructed multiple times on how to contact the CSA's with your concerns. Have you created a ticket or have you written to the CSA's in the private messaging system? Two ways. Repeated yet again above.

@RonaRobe   What kind of issue you are trying to seek for PM Support's assistance?  Maybe you can share and we an help? Other than actual account details we won't have access, there are many issues we might be able to reply quicker than PM Support.  

 

But if you want to go ahead with open ticket, here you the 2 ways:

 

1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
