Hi all.
I'm going away for two months, so I wanted to set things up before I leave, but it won't let me change my plan.
I already pre-paid $120, the price of my current plan, which it seemed to want even though I will be changing to only $10/mo. But even with pre-paying $120, it still won't let me change my plan (on a future date).
Suggestions welcome.

@FetaCheeseLena my apologies--I forgot you had already unfortunately topped up for another 90 days. I'm not sure the best way around this. @MarieHelene_L or @Luddite do you happen to have any ideas?

Even with auto-pay disabled, won't it renew from my balance anyway? Or no, everything stops when you disable auto-pay?

@FetaCheeseLena yes, disable auto-pay. That's the quick version. EDIT: my apologies, I forgot you had already topped up. Please disregard this crossed-out bit.
Honestly, spend 5 minutes and read the article from @Luddite that I linked above. You'll be happy you did.

Hi, yeah someone else told me the same thing, and sure enough when I select a plan the renew button goes darker.
But i also found out I can leave my account without a plan for up to 90 days. Now the problem is that I have pre-paid so it will automatically renew. I'm trying to figure out a way around this. If you know anything, let me know.

@FetaCheeseLena I should add that if you are looking for an extended absence, you really owe it to yourself to read @Luddite's excellent guide located here: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/Extended-Absence/m-p/142735#M9...

@FetaCheeseLena I think I know the problem: there is no such thing as a $10/month plan. I think you are trying to select a 30 day plan with NO talk, NO texting, and NO data? Unfortuantely, that is NOT a valid plan. You MUST select at least one plan option.
