Could I please get a mod to help me with my account. I logged into self serve this morning and there is a notice that my account was suspended???? Im not even a full month into my 90 day plan. I purchased some roaming add ons yesterday and they have been working fine while im here in the States.
Im worried because it says im going to loose my number. Please help!!!

Yep I had same issue.
How I ended confirming it first was to send myself a text when it failed called *611 and topped up manually.

@biggyk the account issues are numerous and well known. Mine has blown up also. Unfortunately all we can do is be patient.

@biggyk I know not main reason for your post but I have to ask: you tested the US roaming? How does it work? Which carrier do we roam on?
(Don't stress losing number... even if account suspended number is not released for 90 days so Public Mod can always get back)

Im guessing its just a system error. I think maybe adding the roaming caused a problem with the plan.
