Will old public reward be expired after the plan is unsubcribed?

The plan with one of my account of Public Mobile is expired, I am still able to login but need to pick a new plan.

This account has more than 3 dollars/30days old public reward. if I pick a new plan, are those rewards still availble? I don't  want to get the loyalty lost.

Thanks,

@ericren

Once your cycle ends, the account will go into suspension for UP TO 90 days.

During that period, all is maintained with your earned rewards.

In order to retain them, be sure to resume services BEFORE day 90 in suspension.  If you don't, the account and plan and rewards are gone, and cannot be gotten back.

And yes, you can resume on any plan available to you at the time you're renewing your plan and keep the pre-existing rewards.

you can even re-up your existing plan, if you like. Don't need to pick new unless you want to. No Rewards lost...just NEVER opt for Points.

@ericren  Your rewards will stay the same you won’t lose anything by changing plans they’re tied to your account not your plan
