Last month I joined public mobile 5g plan. But my phone doesn't support telus 5g internet(no band). But my billing cycle is yesterday it auto payed. I want to switch to rogers to access 5g internet. If I port out my number and cancel my service will I get money refund?

Which phone are you working with here? I can understand buyers remorse when you you find a good deal with a phone on a tab, but you may just have to finish out your billing cycle...

@JamesYuan Public Mobile is a prepaid service rather than postpaid so not normally any refund. Best thing is to port to Rogers a few days before your next renewal. You can also log in to your PM account and unsubscribe from auto pay although once you port out your PM account should close automatically.

Sorry, but there will be no refund. The 5G network isn't required to use mobile data on a 5G plan.
