The cruise does have WIFI but have to paid for it. I went on the ship last year, the WIFI on the ship was very slow, like years ago the dial up internet speed!

If there is wifi on the cruise ship, you can use WhatsApp or TextNow on wifi for free calling and texting.

That won't work as we will be at sea for 4 out of 11 days.  Need to communicate for all 11 days

Unfortunately, PM only offer service in the USA. So no other roaming is available for your cruise.

@Murphcrud2  No sorry PM only works in Canada or thenUS with roaming . Your best to get local pre paid sim in your destination
