HI @Truck128 if Wifi calling is important, you have to move to Tier 2 or 1 provider, like Koodo or Telus. Because of the cheaper price, no Tier 3 provider has Wifi calling

@Truck128 Fongo can receive text for free anyway. So text in is not an advantage for TextNow

@Truck128 on top of what @CharlieWhisky suggested, TextNow is another VoIP you can try. Sound quality is better than Fongo and it has text out for free.

If you don’t mind using a different phone number you can get a free number from Fongo (Canadian company) and use it for wifi calling.
