When I am in a building that does not have good cellular service, my phone wants to go to WiFi calling and it says that Public is not set up on your phone for that?
Please let me know what to do to fix that.

no Wifi calling with Public Mobile. You might want to consider Koodo.
Since both Public Mobile and Koodo are owned by Telus, PM has now worked with Koodo for easy switch for those who needs the services that offered by Koodo but not PM, check here:https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Move-to-Koodo-easily-with-Fast-Switch/t...

Public Mobile doesn’t support wifi calling at this time.
