My wife returned from out of country yesterday and is trying to use her local phone (with public mobile) again but it doesnt work nor can we log into her account any longer.

@Stefank Have you been paying your wife phone service while she was away? Please note if the account was not paid for 90 days, it would have been permanently closed
You can try to call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter your wife's phone number. If the system cannot locate the number, then the account was closed

@Stefank hi was her account suspended more then 90 days if so her account is closed permanently
